The context
Elon was replying to a post about the Binance hacker. After Tether and Circle froze billions in stolen stablecoins, the hacker had reportedly already deposited the USDT into Aave as collateral and borrowed ETH, which nobody could freeze. Elon's point: one day superintelligent agents will pull moves like this to earn money for themselves, not for a human.
How Hirebot solves it
